Talent Manager
You'll be the primary point of contact for a roster of 8–12 influencer clients. You'll manage strategy sessions, content reviews, and growth milestones. You know how to communicate with creators and hold them accountable without killing their motivation.
- 2+ years managing social media talent or creator accounts
- Proven track record of growing creator revenue
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Content Strategist
You'll build data-driven content strategies for our clients — from content calendars and hook frameworks to posting schedules and batch production workflows. You live and breathe short-form content and understand what makes audiences stop scrolling.
- Deep knowledge of short-form content trends and platform algorithms
- Experience building content systems for creators or brands
- Ability to analyze performance data and iterate quickly
- Strong writing and creative direction skills
Automation & Systems Specialist
You'll design and implement the backend systems that power our clients' businesses — email automations, CRM workflows, affiliate tracking, and scheduling tools. You're the person who makes everything run without the creator having to touch it.
- Experience with tools like Zapier, Make, Beehiiv, ConvertKit, or similar
- Understanding of creator business models and monetization funnels
- Ability to document and hand off systems clearly
- Detail-oriented with a systems-first mindset
Brand Partnerships Coordinator
You'll source, negotiate, and manage brand deal opportunities for our creator roster. You'll build relationships with brands and agencies, pitch our talent, and ensure every partnership is executed flawlessly and on time.
- Experience in influencer marketing, talent representation, or brand partnerships
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard rates and deal structures
